New Online Banking Is Here!

Things you need to know

  • Your current online banking username and password will carry over from our current online banking system.
    • If you are unsure of your username, please contact the Bookkeeping Department for assistance (use our chat feature in the bottom right of your screen or call 715-258-1410).
    • If you are unsure of your password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the Online or Mobile Banking login screen.
  • If you currently use your browser to save your username and/or password, you will be required to re-enter this information into the new online banking the first time you log in.
  • Farmers State Bank will need to have your most up-to-date contact details (phone number and email address).
    • You may check your details by logging into your current online banking through our website and clicking "profile".
  • After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.
    • You will be asked for a passcode with each new device you log into for online banking.
  • Mobile Banking Users
    • You will be prompted to download the new app.
    • If you currently use biometrics (fingerprint / facial ID) to log in, you will need to re-establish this feature within the new app.
      You will need to manually enter your username and password the first time you log in.
  • The following settings will not transfer to the new system:
    • Card Controls via “Cards” in Mobile Banking
    • External Transfers
  • Bill Pay Users
    • Scheduled payments will transfer to the new system.
    • Your payment history will not transfer. Please be sure to save a copy of this before April 6th.
    • We recommend making note of your current payees and account numbers so you can confirm all information transferred correctly once the new system is live.

Important Times

  • Bill Pay will be removed from current online banking at 7am on Monday, April 6th, 2026.
    • All scheduled payments within Bill Pay will still occur.
  • TransferNow (External Transfers) will be disabled at 7 am on Monday, April 6th, 2026.
    • All scheduled transfers within TransferNow will still occur.
  • Online Banking will go into "Inquiry Only" at 6 pm on Monday, April 6th, 2026.
    • No new transfers can be initiated, but scheduled transfers between accounts will still occur.
  • New online banking mobile app will be in the app stores at 9 am on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026.
  • New online banking will be live on the Farmers State Bank website at 9 am on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026.
  • The current FSB mobile app will be forced to update to the new app after 10 am Wednesday, April 8th, 2026.

What's New?

  • Enhanced security
    • After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to receive a text or email with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.
  • A new mobile banking app
  • TransferNow
    • Transfer between your accounts at Farmers State Bank and your accounts at other financial institutions.
  • Personalized account alerts.
  • One cohesive look between Online Banking and our mobile app.
  • New business features including wires and ACH.
